I don't know if your box is going to be big enough, but I had a terrific experience with Dan and all the folks at Thompsons. Even though I live in Sonoma, I was ready and willing to go up and work with Dan because of his great attitude and helpfulness. It was a lovely buying experience, and I am telling everybody I run into about it. Many thanks to Dan and Thompsons for their considerate selling attitude.

Better than expected service. Typically I'm leery of sales people. But Dan and Bill provided exceptional service. From test drive to trade-in to drive-off they were great. I would definitely purchase from them again. Although I was a bit suspect of the financing portion of the transaction (i.e.- the 'optional' or 'mandatory' gap insurance?) to the purchase of the extended warranty to 'assist in the finance of this vehicle,' I still came out with a great suv. In the end, I'm extremely happy with Thompson's for getting me in a kick-ass truck (can I say that?) Only thing that I would have changed? I really missed out on the haggling process. If I had more time...Again, to re-iterate, good experience. Rey

I had called Thompsons early morning on 4/05/10 and my call was taken by Dan. He was very helpful and gave me all the info I requested over the phone. When I got off work I went directly to Thompsons with my sister in tow. We asked for Dan. I tried several vehicles with Dan's assistance and humor. I finally settled on a 2010 Rav 4 sport. I'm very happy with my selection and look forward to many years of being a Toyota owner. I will in the future refer friends and family to Thompson's and of course Dan! :-) I'm very happy with my car!

Buying a vehicle at Thompsons was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Bill McCarty is a very polite and courteous person that made our family feel comfortable and relaxed. Our son also had a great time in the kids play area as well as running rampant through the rest of the building. Everyone was polite, the offices and waiting area were comfortable, and the price was great. We will definitely come back for our next purchase and will recommend Thompsons to all of our friends. It took a long time, but that's to be expected the day before a major holiday I guess. Other than that, it was a very positive experience. Everyone was very friendly and easy to deal with. I will recommend Thompson Toyota to my friends and family.
